Dapper Dan is at it again, with this excellent (as always) commissioned piece that imagines a scene only described by Peter in the first movie, namely his timely intervention in Egon’s esoteric cranial experimentation.
Meaning, the time he stopped Egon from drilling a hole in his head.
Check out the full piece at GBFans.com!
This isn’t the first time we’ve pondered Egon’s trepanning here at PC. So, have a read and then think about it as you stare at Dan’s latest creation. Be sure to check out his other work at his DeviatArt page – Congrats on the DC cover work, Dan!
Spoilers: Besides the sneak peaks at the mini-story in the final issue of Ghostbusters: Displaced Aggression, Michael Dialynas also has some concept art of the Ghost of Leonardo DaVinci – who aids Janine in the story – and some concept art for the renaissance style proton pack he helps make for her. All of this is from his blog, which also has a pin-up of the boys in gray that he did… just for kicks! By all means, if you’re digging this as much as I am, you should follow the man on Twitter @theWoodenKing and let him know it.

In this months Previews you can order the Ghostbusters issue were i illustrate a short story about Janine, the Ghostbusters secretary and her whereabouts in the main story “Displaced Aggression” written by Scott Lobdell and art by Ilias Kyriazis (who also wrote the Janine story)
Oh my, Janine – what are you up to in that one panel? Big ups to J. Groschopf for the cool news.
Dan, in Northern California for his signing tonight, stopped in at KGO AM 810 and among other things, talks about Ghostbusters 3. I have not listened yet.
