Still not sign of Steve Johnson’s Rubber Rules, featuring some Ghostbusters stuff, but while we wait for that, a handful of videos from ForscheDesign’s YouTube Channel have come online, showing some of the test and rehersal footage of the Scoleri Brothers. These are the people that have posted all that fantastic behind-the-scenes footage in the past, including some Ghostbusters 2 Slimer footage a couple of weeks back.

This stuff needs to be put on the Ghostbusters II blue ray…that is, if they ever get around to making it.

yea, I really don’t understand why all the videos they’ve posted aren’t on any of the DVDs or the Bluray. You’d think they’d figure the fans would want this kind of material.
Those videos, as you can see in the bottom left corner, belong to the effects company posting them. They are not just free for Sony to use. They know full well fans always want more, but to them it’s a question of cost – how much are they willing to spend on getting the video, prepping it for the DVD, etc?
SONY is a gigantic mega-corporation, they’re completely loaded. And Ghostbusters is one of the most popular, beloved franchises of all time. There’s no excuse for them to be stingy by NOT paying the money for this behind-the-scenes SFX footage, as well as for the much talked about deleted scenes, with possessed Ray, etc. A Ghostbusters II commentary has also been LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG overdue. ….Come on Sony, stop hoarding all the goods – give us ghostheads what we bloody well deserve!!!!! 2014 is GB2′s 25th anniversary; if we don’t see some serious bonus material by that time, then we’re really gonna have to bust some heads!
Hey guess what. I was just in Hot Topic and I saw and purchased a Ghostbusters 2 logo shirt. A GHOSTBUSTERS TWO SHIRT!
Sorry if this is old news. I’ve seen plenty of brand new regular logo GB shirts out there but never a 2.
What we need to do is get Anthony Bueno (director of the Remembering GB doc) in touch with William Forsche, to see if Anthony can get this footage into his documentary.
it was a shame that these was not included in the gb2 dvd
maybe it is time that gb2 should have a special edition dvd and blu-ray
with missing scenes and featurettes with trailers and tv spots.
