It’s been almost exactly a year since we checked in on Etsy, and thanks to MustardBud’s recent addition to the one-of-a-kind art market, why not check in again?

There are still some second-run prints of the Gozerian Society t-shirt!

You might remember Dave Perillo’s GB print from the Brave New World pop culture art show – now you can buy a print of it!

Bead pixel Ghostbusters! I’ll say no more…

Sigh… I’m a sucker for awesome artwork! You’re going to make me go broke :-P

    Where’s Winston?

  3. David Langley has an 8×10 print/reproduction of the GB1 movie poster up for sale on Etsy. Apparently he’s the guy who shot the cover as he shares this tidbit from the photo shoot: “On the Ghostbusters shoot there was no agent issue and the guys were eager to promote what they felt was going to be a hit. Bill Murray set the stage for the shoot right off the bat. He had brought his young son to the studio and entertained him by throwing him 5 feet in the air and catching him.

Here’s something for the Etsy Interesting Finds piles…

On November 18, 2009 I found on Etsy a used copy of Don Shay’s “Making Ghostbusters” book selling for the low, low, price of $20 plus $5 for shipping! On Amazon Marketplace, the book’s listed from $56 up to $250 – so that’s one HELL of a deal. I contemplated snatching it up myself, but I already have a copy, and I didn’t want to be bothered registering for an Etsy account. It was sold within the 24 hours that followed.

At the time I was going to mention it on the Spook Central Facebook page (as the first “Spook Central Facebook Exclusive Alert”) to give one of the fans the opportunity to grab it, but someone found it before I had the chance to make the post. Still, it was such a damn good deal that I felt it was worth mentioning for posterity.
