IDW Editor In Chief, Chris Ryall, has posted a couple of pages from IDW’s upcoming Halloween one-shot, What In Samhain is Going On?
Dan Schoening’s art for Peter David’s story is looking to set a new high-watermark for Ghostbusters comics.

Great art from the guys. Should attract a lot of attention from everybody, which is good. Good reviews could lead to a 4-comic story, then a series. I wish these guys the best of luck on this.
Wow! I love Dan’s work, it’s fantastic. I’m going to have to check this one out for sure.
Dan´s artwork is amazing, I´m buying it.
Oh man that’s incredible. I’m going to buy myself one and then buy it for all my friends.
They have finally found an artist whose work is actually fun to look at. This will be my first Ghostbusters comics since the Now Comics series!
The only thing I’ve never liked about Dan’s art is his choice of Janine, which is the later season RGB (and GB2) Janine with the bob hairdo. I much prefer the first season RGB Janine with the wild hairdo, and would love to see him tackle that design one day.
Otherwise, I absolutely love his art. I even have a couple of prints I got from him, though I still need to get some frames so I can properly put them up on the wall.
HA! Notice the genie lamp behind Janine’s desk from the Real Ghostbusters episode where she wishes on the lamp to become a ghostbuster!!! So awesome!!!
Dan is the MAN!!!! I love his work on Deviantart. Dan and James if you read this please do a script and story board for GB3. I loved every idea you had for the comics you pitched to IDW. If you would combine both your passion and fan sensibility to a script and story board for GB3 it would have a better chance of getting produced than what is rumored to be out there. Even if it wasn’t picked up by Sony IDW would sell a ton of comics with the GB3 name on it. Especially with Dan and James behind the wheel.
Chris,
You missed the geranium from “A Ghost Grows in Brooklyn” that she’s watering. Plus, in the firehouse shot, is that a DeLorean parked across the street?
george,
ahhh touche!!! and yes, that might very well be a delorean in that panel (but quite a far way from hill valley, so not doc brown’s i’d suppose) …i really do hope though that the whole comic is peppered with little nods like these! it makes the reading feel so much more like an “experience”…
