I think this is both bad and good. Good because people are showing revitalized interest in the property and it looks to be very cool/playable/fun. Bad (nay say worrisome) because of over saturation and overkill. Remember that Sony exec remarking how “nobody HATES Ghostbusters…” well, if it starts turning up EVERYwhere on everything… ya might lose people along the way. Just sayin’… I just want love for the GB.

I have to be honest and say that it makes me a little sad that Ghostbusters is being used to promote gambling.
I agree with JoeMD. I felt the same way with that BTTF gambling machine that came out a few years ago.

I go to casinos all the time and this fits right in. This doesn’t promote gambling this is something fun for people to dump credits in to if they’re a fan of the film and like playing slots. It’s very innocent.
Did anyone notice in the link Pete posted there was something that says “Ghostbusters in 3D”? It looks like the promotional lettering Sony has been using since the 25th anniversary with the absent no-ghost logo in place of the “O”? It looks like some promotional pic, nothing to do with the slot since the slot uses the no-ghost logo in place of the “O”.
