Fellow Ghosthead and writer, Mr. Holmes, interviewed Harold Ramis for the then soon-to-be-released GB video game. The interview, much edited down, did run in a long deceased magazine, so Holmes has opted to share the love online – here’s the full interview from 2009!

  1. Matthew says:

‘Holmes: I’ve got to tell you, one of the saddest days of my young life was when I found out Ghostbuster wasn’t a real job.
Ramis: (Laughs) Well people made it a real job. Isn’t there some reality show?
Holmes: Yeah, but they don’t get proton packs, they don’t get traps, they don’t come home with any ghosts.’

I think they’ve unwittingly stumbled onto to perfect concept for the third film. What if the Ghostbusters had their own reality television show? Sounds like a natural progression for the story to move into and totally relevant to todays world. Make’s total sense.
