It looks like it got slapped on the art so they could start sending it out to retailers, etc. But the art is fine. Like the cover of "A Hard Day's Fright", the cover of "Who You Gonna Call?" is also an ex-RGB annual cover. (The annual that the cover is taken from was a re-print of the 1989 annual, with some "Slimer!" cartoons...ugh. The cover of "A Hard Day's Fright" was the 1991 annual's cover.) I hope that helps.
