I always like it when Ghostbuster fans get noticed – and I’ve got two doozies. The first is Detroit based Dr. J, Greg Justis, who got some ink for being the owner of some of the sickest GB memorabilia around.

The second is Kevin Henry, of Fort Collins, Colorado. Finding that a snow storm put him out of business for the day, he and his cohorts took to the streets in his Ecto-Subaru to help those in need (ie stranded motorists, etc.) The result was some excellent press for the community as a whole. Check out his ride here.
Big thanks to Netsolo for the heads up.

Wow wow!
Google alerts brought me to your webpage (which is an excellent resource for reference pictures of the ectomobile *ahem*), and it’s great to know that we are still getting crazy publicity on the net and elsewhere.
That article in the Coloradoan is actually our second appearance in a colorado newspaper. The first was on Halloween, talking about the construction of the car, the ensuing destruction of that car by a semi five days before halloween, and our plans for the day.
Since then we have built a new Ecto, and we are enjoying it greatly in the cold cold weather of Colorado.
Our official webpage right now is (semi-regrettably) a myspace page, but it has almost all you need to know about us!

How did you find the video on YouTube?? That was taken the night we wired up the lightbars, way back in September. I’ll try to dig up some video of the car with the roof rack and other bits on it!
