The New York Daily news listed their 100 most romantic New York movies - Ghostbusters, with its sweet tale of parapsychologist meet girl meets extra-dimensional entity, made the cut. Beat out by obvious mushy giants such as When Harry Met Sally, West Side Story, and even The Muppets Take Manhattan, Ghostbusters put on Bill Murray’s cheap moves to take #71.
