Dan Aykroyd has been offering his LA home for rent for a running total of a year and change – no takers so for, possibly because of that hefty rental cost, but it is a certified celebrity home, having been owned by Ringo Starr and Mama Cass in the past. Plus, it has a ghost or two, according to Aykroyd and his paranormal researcher brother (and sometimes actor) Peter.
