Jason sent in a link to Empire Magazine’s top ten film jerks – and against some fantastic jerks, Ghostbusters’ own Walter Peck takes the top spot. No kidding, see for yourself.

Man who knew? But James Woods should have gotten something of a nod, he plays SUCH an asshole in that movie Contact.
Wow, I still can’t believe Atherton’s back for the new game. lol, has anyone else noted that there a lot of Ghostbusters content coming out now that there’s an upcoming sequel (albiet a video game sequel). I love the 80′s!
I can’t wait to see him in the game, I bet he gets screwed in some ironic way again.
Here here!
Actually Peck doesn’t get the top spot. For some strange reason that list goes one higher (or would that be lower) than #1.

James Spader refuses to watch any of his own movies — probably for the best here, parodying his Jerk persona unwatchably as the mean, panto-standard Mr. Richards.

Just thought I’d point that out.
Peck gets the top spot – it’s a top ten best and he’s number one. Spader is there as the best example of the jerk furthest from ever being on the list. That’s certainly the _last_ spot on the article, but not the top spot.
It’d be like having bronze, silver, gold, and then top spot goes to that guy over there that couldn’t run a race to save his life.
