According to the November 16th blog entry (no direct link, sorry) at Gamestop.com, their main store support office in Grapevine, Texas, had a visitor the to help promote the just announced Ghostbusters video game – a 20 foot tall, inflated Mr. Stay-Puft. Either that, or they’ve made a very convincing photoshop image.

Thanks to Paul at Spook Central for the heads up.

Heh, I love it.
Dang. If I had known – I would have gone in uniform to get pictures!!!
Yes, well that’s a continuing problem right now – PR moves that target the broad love for Ghostbusters, but don’t capitalize on the existing and established fan-base. (shrug) But whattya gonna do?
Great, nice inflated Stay Puft… I hope no one cross the streams near him LOL
Must… have… for lawn…
HAHAHAhahahaha.
Yeah. I’d never seriously contemplated modding one of those gawdy, inflated, Christmas lawn ornaments, until I saw that picture. Then I blacked out.
They’ve now archived that blog entry, which thus provides a direct link (it’s at the very top of the page):
