Here's a thought... Maybe TimeLife's license to release the series is limited to North America. Maybe other companies hold the license to release the series in other countries. There WAS information on Proton Charging recently about a RGB Season 1 release in Germany, so this could be a possibility.

I agree its a shame that such a big release such as a complete RGB box set is (possibly at the moment) restricted to only a couple of countries

This is very dissapointing for the fans in general of the Ghosbusters franchise, cause in my opinion is incredible that something so BIG as GB choose TIME-LIFE to release anything since they are that local, GB have hardcore fans all over the world all ages, is not a small thing that just the relatives of the people that produced the cartoons are gonna enjoy.
