OXM to interview Ryan French on Inside Xbox

For those of you with an Xbox and an interest to either a) hear more from Associate Producer Ryan French or b) see OXM’s Dan Amrich fly his GB freak flag or both, then get ready - this Sunday Dan will be interviewing Ryan, in full costume, on Inside Xbox. Never fear though - the feature will go live online about a week later, so those of you without and Xbox will get a chance to watch as well.

Do you think a demo will be release on xbox live prior to the release date?

A week later? That’s a tad extreme, isn’t it?
Not really, no. That’s fairly typical. When did having to wait a week become extreme?
As for the interview, Dan would like to point out that for the hardcores (this means you) it probably won’t provide a whole lot of new footage, but there should be a few things of interest.
Well, it just seemed a long time to have… but then I’m drawing experience pretty much from when G4’s articles went online and it was usually between a few hours to a day later…
My scope of experience with this sorta thing is incredibly limited.
Videos like this are a big premium to Xbox users, so there is a lot of interest in keeping them exclusive for a period of time. Going TV to internet is a different beast, since anything that shows on TV will end up online unofficially right away if (and sometimes in spite) an official copy isn’t posted. You want people to tune in to TV and then quickly put it online to draw a second wave of viewers to your online ad revenue. If you wait, it’s on YouTube and you make nothing from it.
It’s a weird time for media, that’s for sure.
i hope the PS2 version of ghostbusters doesn’t look so cartoonish.because they said’,it’s gonna be stylized.’i think because i’m a PS2 owner i have the right to my opinion.thank thats all.

hi, i checked xbox live again! today but the video has not yet been posted. there is a box with ref to gb but it does not load the video
