The Onion’s print version (bet you didn’t know they had one) has a very keen article today – see the full-sized scan here. Thanks to Nick for sending it in.

lol! This is amazing!
I want one!

Heh. Not only does it exist in print, but they distribute them for free here in Milwaukee.
Which begs the question – is this print only? I didn’t see it on the Onion’s website. I’ll have to pick up a hard copy after work to see if it’s local the NY edition of the Onion or not.
i don’t think there is a place around where i live where i can get this which totally sucks! of course the area i live in has no sense of humor..
i’ll have to try and find away to get my hands on it..
I haven’t laughed this hard in a long while; great find!
A great “article”. Now we know what to call the Con-Ed guy!
I do find it interesting they never said the word “Ghostbusters” though, I assume to avoid any sort of lawsuits from Sony? Or prehaps it was just for the articles sake, as they did use the screen caps from the movie, as well as using two of the characters names and titles.
Hahaha Thats great! The Onion is a hilarious paper.
Ha, they don’t say Ghostbusters for comedic reasons! If you read through it, they use a ton of quotes altered from the original but with the same meaning…my favorite is…
“What if there were something out of the ordinary, perhaps ghost-related, in the neighborhood in which you lived? Who are you gonna contact?”
I submitted this to Digg yesterday. Only 2 Diggs though. :-/

Yeah the onion existed long ago as a print newspaper thingie.
Being a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, it pretty much was mandatory reading in middle and high school. EVERY place teens frequented had it, and of course it was always free.
These days the onion is a bit more real content than parody (the AV club really became a popular section so it started expanding its size.) But the amount of pages the newspaper has has grown significantly if I remember correctly.
I am thrilled to see another ghostbusters article. They have done a few in the past, but this is fantastic!
I haven’t read the Onion in quite a while since I frankly haven’t seen it at too many locations here in Janesville, WI, so it is one of those “out of sight, out of mind” things.
Awesome article!
That’s actually one of TWO ghostbusters related things in this issue of the Onion. Rumors of GB3 are referenced in the Tolerability index. Don’t worry. It’s only one click down from tolerable.
Someone send me a copy to my house. I’ll pay for the postage…..
