If you’re the sort of person that likes to work in LEGO, then there’s no doubt you can build yourself an Ecto-1, firehall, or containment unit out of bricks. But man, the space air-tanks and blaster blow as proton pack and neutrona wand stand-ins! Well, worry no more – Brickforge, makers of everything LEGO doesn’t have made some “equipment” pieces, so your GB minfigs can “bust” some “things” that “they’re not afraid of.” They made their own packs and throwers, ok? You can buy both the packs and the throwers in brown dark grey or black (with rumours of a blue for anybody hankering for a Real Ghostbusters LEGO-fest.)

Cool. Makes me want to do a LEGO stop-animation… But I won’t, heh.
Where the hell were these 15 years ago?!?!?!?!? AAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! ….Still, better late than never. That’s really damn sweet. I may just get some.
I never understood why the Lego company didn’t make proper, official GB legos. The subject matter just BEGS for a lego treatment, the vast array of gadgets, vehicles, locations and such. You KNOW they would sell too. I can only think of one franchise more lego-friendly, and thats Star Wars. What I’d really like to see made, other than an accurate lego ecto-1, 1A, 2, 3, & lego Ghostbusters HQ, is a full-scale lego ghost-trap, with functional trap doors, and lights.
When I was little I used to make the Ecto – 1 in Lego, I even went to far as to send a letter to the Lego company saying they should make official Ghostbusters Legos. The response? “We don’t do licensed merchandise”… Its cool that a third party is making some stuff finally though!
Those are not brown they are dark grey.
awesome. I too have longed for for GB to get the LEGO treatment. Doubt it will ever happen officially though.
btw, it’s LEGO, not Lego.
Quit embarrassing yourselves
(I even went to far as to send a letter to the Lego company saying they should make official Ghostbusters Legos. The response? “We don’t do licensed merchandise”…)
Yet they did Star Wars LEGOS and Indiana Jones LEGOS. Ghostbusters makes money too ya blockey company!
And Lost is LOST, depending on how particular I’m being. Can I pronounce it LEE-go, then?
These actually look kind of cool.
I have these. the plastic is a bit cheap and nothing like legos. Disapointing.
Here is a little secret from The Art Department at Mad Engine as I am the Art Director there…
A new custom Cut & Sew item will be available in 2010. I guarantee ALL GB fans will want this!
Hint : it is NOT a T-shirt!
