Prima has supplied us with a PDF sample of their game guide for Ghostbusters: The Video Game. It’s low rez. It’s not full chapters, just a sampling. And it’s covers the Next Gen and Wii/PS2 versions of the game. But it’s an excellent look and there are some sweet hints at what’s in the game.
The guide goes on sale the same time the game does – check your local game or bookstore. Or you can buy online direct from Prima, Amazon.com, or Chapters.ca.
You can download the sampler PDF here.
If you want to check out individual pages not in PDF format, Paul at Spook Central has taken the time to pull the PDF apart for your perusal.

You know, seeing these pages made me realize that we are only a couple of days away from this, and it’s for real! The little details in these pages made me as excited as any of the footage we’ve seen in the last couple months. 4 days!
I can actually use some of this now since I own the game already.
Can’t wait to play with some of you guys in multiplayer mode.
Just thought I’d post an update to let everyone know that the eGuide has been split into two varieties: one that covers the PC/PS3/X360 and one that covers the PS2/Wii. More samples pages from each have been added to the Prima site on each guide’s page.
The printed guide is still covering all versions (except the DS).
Also… Based upon my experience downloading and using the Ghostbusters eGuide, I think I can safely say that it’s for Windows only. The downloader program, the installer, and the eBook reader are all executable files (.exe), which I doubt would run on anything other than Windows. It appears that the actual eGuide is a PDF file, but it’s password protected, and is only viewable through the eBook reader.
