With just over a month until the release of Ghostbusters the video game on PSP, at least according to retail sites like Amazon, Sony has started talking about it officially, with a press release and trailer.
The press release doesn’t say much more than what we already know about the game, though it only speaks to a November release for the PSP game – retailers are listing November 4th (such as Amazon, currently taking pre-orders on the game) and the Atari press site is listing November 3rd, so (shrug).

The game on the PSP looks like a nice port of the PS2 version of the game, as expected, and a nice addition to my small PSP library of games!

I’m definitely getting it! I haven’t bought a PSP game in like 2 years! Looks like I have a good excuse now.
Awesome…now I can even play Ghostbusters while away from home…perhaps while making a trip to go see Ecto-1 at Screaming Tiki-Con.

WOW! If the trailer is any indication, they had to drop the image quality down to UTTER CRAP in order to squeeze it onto the PSP. At least it’s getting the Wii’s widescreen view instead of the PS2’s 4:3 view.
