Yeah I was just thinking the same thing.. the statue plus the keychain are well worth the money, and then just ebay the game unopened for $15 or so.

I gave my original xbox copy to a buddy as a present a few of weeks ago…so I’ve been looking to pick up another 360 copy in order to play online with him and other friends. I’ll probably give the statue and keychain to my nephews for christmas – so it looks like I’m killing 2 birds with one stone. The game alone still sells for $30.00 at my local toys r us; so this is one heck of a deal.
how does the set come packaged? is the game itself sealed?
+1 for me. I had originally picked up the Wii version because it was cheaper (and I had pre-ordered the 360 version through Gamestop for the GB2 flightsuit code). Now I’ve got a 360 slimer version on the way. Thanks for the heads up Chris.
Question: Did they ever fix the box art on the games or the box that the Slimer statue comes in?

The game is just the ones you would buy anywhere. No artwork. You are susposed to print out your own.
The Slimer box is white.. and there is no DVD included. Those are a new version limited to 1000 that will be for sale at select places in Jan 2010.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I just bought two more. one Xbox 360 version for me and one Wii version for my kids!! Would have bought one more just for the heck of it but the wifey was giving me the evil eye after 2, lol
Just received mine today. Sold my regular copy to my buddy for $20. Don’t think I did too bad for $10! The statue is amazing. I am very happy with it.
