Profiles In History has an upcoming auction of Hollywood Memorabilia in May – currently they’re apparently too busy with their LOST auction to post the later, Hollywood Memorabilia catalog, but the items are were already on display and one Ghostbusters item – an early Terror Dog statue – was snapped by LA Weekly.
Stay Tuned for more on the items to go on sale.
UPDATE: Yup, it was last years auction – I thought that little dude looked familiar. If I’d only looked through my own archives…
Still, it’s a nice picture of the statue – and they DO actually have an upcoming auction. Maybe they’ll sell something from GB – they often do.

This is an article about Auction 36, which took place April 30-May 1 of 2009.
yeesh… the detail on that pic isn’t NEARLY as cool as what PIH had in their catalog…
LOL, Profiles in History. Where you can find a million fraudulent props being sold as “genuine” and authenticated by PIH asking a movie extra to look at it and claim “Yes, that looks sort of like the one we used on the movie.” Is anything they sell genuine? How much longer until Huegel’s stolen COA from the GB2 screen-used proton pack resurfaces with a fan-built pack?
